![]() Also, I don't see why I shouldn't care about having a +1000€ product working as intended while there's still a warranty covering it.I see that the cameras might not be a core feature but yet they included them into the headset and intended them to be working so I'm not seeing my self being fine paying the full price for a "broken" headset. ![]() I am switching to Index shortly and was hoping that someone out there knows the controller button mask numbers for index. That's why I went to contact Valve support about it and after 3 weeks of troubleshooting and still no fix, they decided to send me a new one which I'm awaiting any day now. I was in the middle of a long session, and I tried to use my playspace mover on version 3.1.0 with the HTC Vive, and it wouldnt work. The cameras on the first one worked perfectly fine though, in almost every circumstance. ![]() This was already my second headset, the first one failed me completely after only a few hours of playtime, being unable to connect to my PC and freezing the whole system due to a failing display controller. I did, it was not about them working only sometimes, they never worked.
